- Diary & Meeting Management
- Schedule and organise meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes
- Follow up on action points
- Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure professional communication at all times
